I started working with Niamh in January 2019 (until May 2020) I had a big Birthday looming and wanted to improve my fitness etc. Niamh put together a work out and meal plan for me. We did sessions 3 times a week to start and then twice weekly once the fitness & strength improved. Niamh is very professional and knowledgeable, She has a keen interest in all sports and can put together a programme to suit you whether you just want to get fit, lose a few pounds or help with your chosen sport.

Hi! I'm Niamh and I've worked as a personal trainer for over six years. Fitness and sport have completely changed my life and I love helping other do the same. I believe in a balanced healthy lifestyle with few restrictions. If you're looking for a quick-fix, I'm probably not the trainer for you.
